Lizzie Jones was cheered by crowds as she and Danny's team-mates struggled to contain their emotions.
This is the moment Danny Jones' wife took their twins on to the pitch in memory of the tragic rugby league star.
Heartbroken Lizzie Jones was cheered by crowds as she lovingly cradled the twins, who are just five months old.
In an outpouring of emotion, Danny's former team-mates struggled to hold back their tears as they remembered their colleague.
Welsh international Danny, 29, died from a heart attack after falling ill just minutes into a League One game at London Skolars the previous Sunday.
His shirt was hung in the dressing room in the position he would have occupied, above a bouquet of flowers.
Danny suffered from undiagnosed hereditary heart disease that resulted in his cardiac arrest.
A team-mate can't hold back the tears after the game
He won 12 Wales caps and scored over 1,000 points in 150 games over two spells with the West Yorkshire club after starting out at his home-town club Halifax.
Keighley announced the club is to retire his squad number six and rename their main stand the Danny Jones Stand in his honor.

Team-mate Paul March, who replaced Danny when he was taken off the pitch after initially feeling unwell, said: "It’s been a devastating week.
“I’ve been speaking to Lizzie a lot and been round to their house, and the way she has been has spurred everybody else on because she’s so strong. Once you see her it makes you feel a lot better about things.
“The response has been overwhelming, not just the tickets people have been buying for the game, but the donations.
"Danny wouldn’t have wanted anybody to be sad – he’d want us to celebrate what he’s achieved."
Team mates and players show their respect
A fund set up in his name had raised £95,000 by Monday morning.
